The victims' point are well taken.

Two women who were forced to work as sex slaves for the Japanese military during the second world war have rejected the recent agreement between Japan and South Korea on the “comfort women” issue, saying it had made them “look like fools”.
Lee Ok-sun, 88, and Kang Il-chul, 87, said during a visit to Tokyo on Tuesday that they had not been consulted, and called on the Japanese prime minister, Shinzo Abe, to offer a face-to-face apology and provide official compensation.
“This deal has made us look like fools,” Kang told reporters. “It was agreed without consulting us. How could they have agreed on this and pushed us to one side? I’m furious.”
Last month, Japan and South Korea achieved an apparent breakthrough in the long-running dispute when Tokyo agreed to contribute 1bn yen to a South Korean fund set up to help survivors.
Abe offered an indirect apology “to all of the women who underwent immeasurable and painful experiences and suffered incalculable physical and psychological wounds as comfort women”.
Though the decision of Prime Minister Abe was astonishing big progress,I noticed the Japan-Korea agreement was not able to help victims' hurted emotions.
Because Prime Minister Abe is a man, I think that Prime Minister Abe can't apologize to each victim directly.
By the Vietnam War, south Korean soldiers cut off hands and feet of living Vietnamese women and burnt them to death. And Korean soldiers abducted many Vietnamese women as sex slaves.President of South Korea Park Geun-hye was pointed out by the Japanese Government about the war crimes of Korean soldiers .Because President of South Korea Park Geun-hye wanted to escape from apologizing to the victims of the Vietnamese woman as head of state, President of South Korea Park Geun-hye seemed to have accepted this Japan-Korea agreement very quickly.
The victims' point are well taken.A religious sect called {the Unification Church} continued the motion that Japan should apologize to old women of these victims for many years. But this religious group always cause many frauds' incidents. If staffs belong to the Unification Church, they may take the kickback's huge money as many as they want from the fund .
It had better be taken back to the drawing board.

When Prime Minister Abe decided to write each letter of the apology, I was impressed deeply, but Prime Minister Abe does not change his policy to change Japan into the police state.
Assuming that it is true, what should we do about it?
I have a brainstorm on good suggestion, but can't say it now. However I would receive the tear, each extreme pain and voice of Ms.Lee Ok-sun and Ms. Kang Il-chul.Please wait for me without being discouraged.
